The Energy Commission of Sabah is committed in:

  • Establishing a regulatory system that supports the development of gas industry in Sabah to align with Sabah industrialisation agenda while safeguarding the interest of the gas consumers.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the safety and reliability of the gas supply chain at an affordable price through effective legal enforcement measures
  • Achieving a high level of efficiency, friendliness, and promptness in our service delivery.

Our commitment to our customers is as follows:

For complainants

  • All complaints will be recorded accordingly.
  • Within 7 working days of receiving a complaint, the complainants will receive our acknowledgement.
  • Within 30 working days of receiving a complaint, complainants will be notified of the status of their complaints.
  • In the case of complaints that require more thorough investigation, complainants will be notified from time to time about the status of the complaint.
