For complainants
- All complaints will be recorded accordingly.
- Within 7 working days of receiving a complaint, the complainants will receive our acknowledgement.
- Within 30 working days of receiving a complaint, complainants will be notified of the status of their complaints.
- In the case of complaints that require more thorough investigation, complainants will be notified from time to time about the status of the complaint.
